No, the number of followers isn't the only selection criterion in the Amplifyou ecosystem. We believe in democratizing content creation and recognize that a partner's value can take many forms, tailored to the specific needs of modern brands.

Does signing with Amplifyou require exclusivity? What support do I get to grow my creator career?

You're free to work with other agencies, have direct clients or manage your own projects. The only restrictions may appear case-by-case at the campaign level (e.g., not promoting a direct competitor of the partner brand for 30 days), a standard and paid practice in the industry. This applies, of course, even if you want us to manage your activity and promotion.

What happens to the copyright of my materials? What do "Usage Rights" and "Whitelisting" mean?

It's essential to distinguish betweenintellectual propertyandcommercial usage rights. In the Amplifyou ecosystem, these terms are clearly defined in every brief:

  1. Usage Rights for UGC:Typically, for UGC campaigns, the brand purchases the right to use your material in their ads (Facebook/TikTok Ads), on their website or in newsletters, for a set period (e.g., 3, 6 or 12 months). You remain the moral creator, but the brand holds the commercial license to exploit it. The cost of these rights is included in the campaign budget.

  2. Whitelisting & Spark Ads:This is a special type of partnership where you allow the brand to "amplify" an existing post from your profile. Basically, the brand puts media budget behind your post to push it to a larger audience. It's a major advantage for you, because it grows your visibility and follower count at no cost to you.

  3. Creator Protection:Amplifyou makes sure you never sign abusive contracts. We don't support "unlimited and irrevocable assignment across all present and future media" clauses without proper financial compensation. Any extra use (for example, using your video in a TV ad) will be subject to a separate negotiation.

 What are the payment models, how are rates set, and what guarantees do I have that I'll be paid on time?

  • Fixed Budget Campaigns:Most UGC projects have budgets pre-set by the brand, visible the moment you receive the invitation. They're calculated fairly, based on the complexity of the deliverables (e.g., 1 TikTok video vs. 3 Instagram Stories).

  • Bidding (Ofertare):For complex partnerships or creators with extensive experience, certain campaigns allow counter-offers. The platform will give you guidance on price ranges accepted in the market to maximize your chances of success.

  • Performance Bonuses:For effect creators or affiliates, earnings can be variable, based on the content's performance (e.g., number of times a filter is used or conversions generated).

Payment Guarantee and Process:

  • Funds Security:Amplifyou acts as a trusted guarantor. Brands deposit the funds (or have verified credit lines) before the campaign starts.

  • Payment Terms:Payments are processed in a fast system from the final approval of the materials and the issuance of tax documents.

  • Legalitate:We collaborate 100% legally. To receive your earnings, you can issue an invoice (through an SRL/PFA) or we can process payments with tax withholding at source, ensuring compliance with Romanian tax legislation.
